Blizzard employee speaks publicly on cases of sexual harassment

Things within Activision Blizzard continue to get worse, and in addition to government officials, we now have an employee of the company who went out to publicly declare sexual harassment and improper behavior that suffered within the study.

CHRISTINE, employee of Blizzard, carried out a press conference on the outskirts of the company's headquarters. It was here where she talked about her bad experience within the studio, where she says she has received casual sex proposals from her peers and heads, besides that she also says she has received less promoted than some others of her companions.

Additionally, Christine explained that during the four years of it at Blizzard, she also received all kinds of inappropriate comments regarding her body, as well as inappropriate timing. After having exposed these cases before her superiors, they told her that she was not going to report anything from what happened to the Human Resources Department.

Representing Christine is Lisa Bloom, a recognized lawyer in the United States that is just specialized in cases of harassment towards women. After the statements of Christine, Bloom required the managers of Activision Blizzard to have a simplified, fast and fair process for the victims, an increase in the compensation fund of $ 18 million dollars to more than $100 MDD, and that a third neutral is in charge of reviewing the reported cases against the company.

Finally, Bloom called the action aimed at the other victims so that they also alder the voice and join this cause that aims to take responsibility for Activision Blizzard For all the bad it has happened inside the company.

Editor's note: I insist that Activision Blizzard must take responsibility as soon as possible for all these reports. The output of Bobby Kick would definitely help to calm the waters a bit, but in the long term they should do much more significant things that have a true impact on the work culture of the study.
